Botswana – a safari unlike any other

In many African countries you can see various animal species and beautiful landscapes, but one of them is a real gem. I invite you to explore Botswana, a place where you can embark on an unforgettable safari in some of the finest parks, encounter a plethora of wild animals, relax in exquisitely situated lodges, and witness the Okavango Delta – a true miracle of nature. Botswana will provide you with memories that will stay with you for a lifetime. A great idea to diversify your trip is to combine a safari in Botswana with the majestic Victoria Falls located in neighboring Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Botswana- what to see?

Botswana is a country with exceptionally rich nature. You will experience a water safari on a traditional mokoro boat accompanied by hippos and crocodiles in the Okavango Delta - the most famous wetlands in the world. You will go on an amazing 4x4 safari in the beautiful Moremi Reserve, inhabited by lions, leopards, hyenas, elephants and buffalos. You will discover surreal landscapes on the desert salt flats of Makgadikgadi Pans. Depending on the season, this unique area guarantees attractions such as observing friendly meerkats, flamingos or the Great Migration of Zebras. Seeing lions, leopards and cheetahs running on the salt flats in pursuit of their prey? Priceless.

Chobe National Park is another fascinating place with the largest elephant population in Africa. You can observe them during a safari in an open vehicle or from the deck of a boat, both accompanied by experienced guides. The part of Botswana located in the Kalahari Desert also has its own charm and richness of nature. Many of these beautiful places in Botswana are difficult to access. Airplane flights are often required. Lodges also offer a limited number of places, so I recommend planning your trip several months in advance. If you are interested in Botswana, I will be happy to prepare a sightseeing program for you with a safari experience at the highest level.

When to go to Botswana?

Botswana has two main travel seasons, the dry season and the rainy season. The dry season runs from May to September and is the most popular time to travel to Botswana. Especially if you want to visit the famous Chobe Park and the Okavango Delta. This is the perfect time for a safari and animal watching in Botswana. The rainy period (October - April) is less popular, but also attractive. If you want to see landscapes full of greenery, this is a good time to travel. Some attractions, such as the Okavango Delta, may only be available at certain times of the year. If you have questions, please contact me. I will be happy to provide information and plan your safari in Botswana.
